Rules Of Play

Main rules:

• smoking is prohibited in our studio
• the use of pyrotechnics is prohibited
• it is prohibited to bring pets into the room
• outerwear can be left in the cloakroom at the entrance
• in the studio, you must change your shoes or wear socks
• children aged 0 to 4 must be accompanied in the play studio
• children aged 5 to 12 may be in the play studio unaccompanied
• children exhibiting symptoms of illness are not allowed in the play studio
• the presence of a parent or guardian is mandatory for children with special needs
• we do not provide babysitting services
• the responsibility for play lies with the children or their parent/guardian
• we kindly ask parents to supervise their children and take care of the toys and property. In the case of damage, our studio can charge a fee for repairs
• toys cannot be taken home
• we have video surveillance in place. When a parent or accompanying individual responsible for the child enters, they consent to being monitored along with the child via video cameras

Cleaning rules

At the end of the event, please tidy up the room: dispose of disposable plates and trash in the designated bin, wipe the tables, return the toys to their places, and place the balls back into the pool. If you used our dishes, please wash them, wipe them, and return them to their place.

Safety

The renter of the playroom is fully responsible for the safety and well-being of the children during the celebration of events. On our part, we have taken care to ensure you and your children safety. The administration is not responsible for personal belongings and clothing of the guests.
